At the moment, we particularly need parents or carers with the below skills or free time:
FRIDAY AFTERNOONS
We’d love to sell cakes, biscuits or, in the summer, ice-creams and lollies at the school gate – would you do our shopping and man the stall for a half an hour on Friday afternoons?
CAKE MAKERS
We’ll be running a cake stall at the Pangbourne 10k – perhaps you could help by making a cake or manning the stall on Sunday 10 September
CHEFS, COOKS OR THOSE WITH ANY CATERING EXPERIENCE
Can you help to co-ordinate the BBQ at the Fireworks Fiesta on Saturday 4 November

SET UP
We will need help to set up the barriers and different stalls in the morning of Saturday 4 November
GATE
Checking tickets, taking people’s money and welcoming them at the gate
MARSHALLS
Keeping people safe and the crowds moving at the event
BBQ
Helping to cook and serve the food
CAKE AND HOT CHOCOLATE STALLS
A team to man the stall
BAR
Can you help serve drinks?
CLEAR UP
This, our biggest event, needs a team of litter pickers the day after the event
FREE ON A SATURDAY IN JUNE THIS YEAR?
COULD YOU HELP WITH OUR STALLS AT THE VILLAGE FETE?
BBQ
We run a BBQ at the Village Fete selling hot dogs and hamburgers. Would you be able to take a shift on our stall?
BOTTLE TOMBOLA
We also run a Bottle Tombola. Could you help staff it?
SET UP AND CLEAR DOWN
We need teams to help set up and clear down after the fete.
